autoPROC - reminder

If you already have a licence for autoPROC and you want to be reminded of your existing request IDs, we need some information. Please fill out the following form (required items are bold). Read the notes below carefully.

want to request a new licence
want to renew/refresh a licence
want to receive current download password

Note 1 : please make sure this is the same (valid) email address as for the original licence request - it's the only way we can get in contact with you. After submitting this reminder request, a message should be send to you automatically - if you don't receive it please get in contact with us (quoting the request ID which will be generated when you submit this form).
